Before even beginning your home search, we recommend speaking with a mortgage lender. A pre-approval is a simple and fast process to learn approximately how much you can afford. Your lender is a key member of your home buying “team". If you don’t already have someone in mind, we can introduce you to a number of local mortgage brokers we work with on a frequent basis.

While some buyers have a crystal clear vision of what they want in a home, others do not. For those yet to solidify their plan, we start with a very thorough process of neighborhood education—including a tour highlighting the schools, parks and neighborhoods that make up the fabric of our North Shore community. Only once we’ve distilled your goals do we start a very specific and efficient home search process.

We think of ourselves as the quarterbacks of the process, making sure everyone is doing what they should be doing, when they should be doing it. There is no stronger gratification than handing over the keys to a client on closing day!
